Up and over to the garden centre before work to return the abysmally made garden sieve that broke straight away when I tried to use it yesterday. Luckily Amazon had my back and a new sturdier one arrived this morning.

Then I spent most of the morning working away on the day job, and lunch time on my PT’s new website design. It’s at a good point now, just needs some photos to bring it all together I think.

After work, I brought my new toy (sieve) out in the garden and tested her out. Forty-five minutes later I had nearly a half wheelbarrow full of rocks, stones and debris!

As well as my sieve arriving, I ordered (in my opinion) the way overpriced grill mount from Pro Standard. £36 quid and it doesn’t even come with a GoPro bolt… absolute joke.

Anywho, the reason why I purchased it was to try and get a better POV for recording things here and there, as I would like to film and edit a bit more. I may or may not have filmed my sieving action 😅

A quick shower to wash the soil off of me afterwards, I grabbed the brommie and off I popped to the GYM for my PT session. Had a chat with my trainer about my weight loss plateau and how I have three months to get to my target weight, he suggested I aim for 1,600 cals to hit my goal… this should be fun 😬
