I had signed up to a hike around the Wrekin this morning but unfortunately it didn’t go ahead due to the aftermath of the storm, so instead, I had a meander on the bike with some friends, hitting the lanes, part of the greenway, and followed by some coffee to heat us back up.

The flood along the lane near me was quite deep, but we decided to brave it and ride through it 💪🏻 Luckily there was no branches hidden below, but the water did reach near my knee though!

Afterwards, when back home, I actually cleaned my bike (and then myself). A little later I finally got my bookshelf set up in my office, and could relax a bit in the evening.

We had a pork belly roast, and ended the evening by watching an episode of The Bear.
